Koncert izraelskiej grupy Miqedem
Zapraszamy na koncert zespołu
MIQEDEM
z Izraela
3 kwietnia 2017, g.18:00, Dom Kultury

Zespół o sobie/Band about itself:
We are MIQEDEM, a Hebrew-language Israeli band based in Tel Aviv. We are a relatively new band, formed in late 2015, yet since our formation we've managed to record and release our first album as well as perform in 8 different countries (Israel, Poland, Ukraine, Sweden, England, France, Germany and the United States).
- Our genre of music is Israeli/Middle Eastern and our lyrics are all taken directly from the Hebrew Tanach (Old Testament). The lyrics are worshipful, prophetic and spiritual, and the atmosphere of the music ranges from very high-energy to very atmospheric and meditative.
- We see ourselves as worship leaders as well as performing artists. We are aware that the term "performer" is a bit taboo in some some circles, but we strive to be excellent in our art and aim to create an atmosphere with our music and behavior on stage that is inviting and comfortable for both believing and non-believing audiences (especially Israelis). Because of this, our band does best in concert settings (typically 1.5 hour events made up of mostly music and some speaking/teaching), although we are also happy to lead in congregational worship in conference settings.
- Even though our lyrics are all in Hebrew, the lyrics are repetitive enough for Polish speakers to join us in worship. We provide overheads with Hebrew transliteration with Polish spelling, as well as translation in Polish.
Band Members:
